Florida is bracing for Hurricane Milton. It's moving less than two weeks after Helene ravaged the southeast. This morning people are having to evacuate again. Hurricane Milton is about 585 miles southwest of Tampa and is expected to make landfall Wednesday as a category 3 hurricane.
